We inform you, pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1, and subsequent provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, containing provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, that the personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired in the course of our activities, may be subject to processing in accordance with the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations that guide our activities. Such data will be processed for institutional purposes related to or instrumental to our activity, such as, for example:

  • To comply with the provisions of Authorities and Supervisory Bodies of the Italian legal, fiscal, and administrative system;

  • For operational and management needs;

  • For needs related to the management of relations with customers, creditors, and/or associated risks.

The processing of data will be carried out using tools suitable to ensure security and confidentiality and may also be carried out through automated tools designed to store, manage, and transmit the data. The methods of processing your data may involve the use of automated tools capable of linking the data to that of other subjects, based on qualitative, quantitative, and temporal criteria, which may recur or be defined case by case.

We also inform you that the processing of personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired in the course of our activities, may be carried out:

  • By companies, entities, consortia, individuals, or professionals who, on our behalf, provide specific processing services or carry out activities related, instrumental, or supporting our operations, or activities necessary for the execution of the operations and services you have requested or may request in the future;

  • By subjects to whom the right to access your personal data is granted by provisions of law or secondary or EU regulations;

  • By subjects to whom the transfer of your personal data is necessary or otherwise functional to the conduct of our activities.

We would like to inform you that in relation to the processing of personal data, you will have the rights outlined in Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003. Finally, please note that any refusal to provide your personal data or its updates and to authorize the communication of the data to the aforementioned subjects may result in the failure to execute the operations and services you requested or the failure to establish the relationship you proposed.
